Welcome to Self-Care for Teachers!
I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’ve joined a course, workshop, or coaching program, you’ve taken an important step towards prioritising your wellbeing and career—and that’s something to be proud of.
My name is Ellen Ronalds Keene, and I’m a Teacher Wellbeing and Career Coach. I’ve been supporting teachers like you since 2015, helping educators navigate the challenges of burnout, career uncertainty, and the constant juggle of life both inside and outside the classroom.
Here, you’ll find practical tools, compassionate guidance, and a safe space to explore what’s next for you—whether that’s rebuilding your wellbeing, rediscovering your passion for teaching, or considering new career possibilities. You don’t have to figure it all out overnight, and you definitely don’t have to do it alone.
As you move through this course, I encourage you to go at your own pace. There’s no ‘perfect’ way to do this work—just the way that works for you. Be gentle with yourself, take breaks when you need to, and remember: you’re a person first and a teacher second.
Thank you for trusting me to support you on this journey. I’m honoured to walk alongside you.
Ellen
